Vita dan Prima sama-sama berprofesi
sebagai dokter gigi. Mereka ingin memiliki konsep foto prewedding yang
sekaligus mengkampanyekan gigi sehat dengan menggosok gigi :)
Jadi ada konsep menggosok gigi sebelum tidur, juga setelah bangun tidur. Kemudian kedua pasangan ini bertemu di cafe favoritnya untuk afternoon tea. Pada kesempatan spesial, Prima melamar Vita. Setelah melamar, mereka pun sibuk mendiskusikan rencana pernikahannya. Jadi ada saat dimana mereka berdua sedang mencari referensi di majalah wedding, ada belanjaan untuk seserahan, dsb.
